Things I am becoming increasingly aware of:
1. I’m really, really gay.
2. I mean REALLY gay.
3. …and that’s most likely a sin…
4. …and I might or might not actually mind that fact.
5. Dealing with my brain is easier with booze…
6. …except that I can’t drink while I’m on drugs.
7. Drugs might or might not be worth sobriety, some days.
8. Numb is pretty good, usually. The only time “numb” is bad is if you’ve literally lost feeling in a limb or something due to an accident or other loss of nerve sensitivity.
9. God.
10. Listening to happy music makes you feel happy. Listening to sad music sometimes makes you feel happy. Listening to no music makes you feel sad. Dancing in your computer chair makes you feel very, very happy.

I’m curious about number 9.
Also, everybody sins. So if your one “sin” means you’re going to hell then we are all doomed. Enjoy the chaos and love as much as you can. And if you decide that God is good, and worth loving too, don’t give too much thought about people who think you’re going to hell cos by their laws no human will ever make it to heaven anyway.

This blog entry was actually going to be an email to you regarding #9.
I like that you reassure me.
The girl and I had a little chat about the GOOD parts of religion, and it turns out we agree on the basics, and disapprove of the same stuff… but as soon as we get outside the basics, we’re total opposites. But that’s fine, I don’t really mind that.
Oh, and in my case, it’s not exactly my “one” sin.

Haha! Well, I have many sins too. Don’t worry.
I’m glad you could talk about the good stuff too.
